This is how our story began
I’m Kay Dindayal, founder of Kaleidoscope IP, where I help women-led businesses and creators protect and scale their brands through smart, strategic trademark and contract law.
Before starting my firm, I built a career that bridges business, law, and strategy. I began in accounting at a global management consulting firm, where I learned how financial structure and systems impact growth. From there, I moved into legal analysis and contract compliance at a global data and news organization, working closely with executives on negotiations, deal terms, and risk. Those roles taught me how powerful the right legal and business framework can be when you’re building something meant to last.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Later, I spent over a decade as a Trademark Examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). I reviewed thousands of trademark applications and saw, up close, where entrepreneurs were going wrong — and exactly what it takes to get approved and stay protected.
Now, I use that experience to help women founders, coaches, and creative entrepreneurs build legally strong, investment-ready brands. My approach blends business strategy with legal clarity — so your brand isn’t just protected, it’s positioned to scale.
